She holds a BS in Business from Indiana University. In her quest for continuous learning, she has also achieved several certifications: HR Organizational Development Practitioner, Senior Professional in Human Resources, Prosci Change Management, and Health & Life Coach.

In her various positions, she has proven to have an enterprising spirit with a demonstrated record of building collaborative relationships with business leaders: enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness; managing productive change in the organization; and building talent to drive results and growth.

Consulting feeds her passion to help businesses and individuals drive transformation with a focus on change management, leadership development, strategic and tactical planning, team building, and communications.
