Glenn represents business clients in litigation involving environmental risk and allocation. He routinely deals with the Indiana Department of Environmental Management and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
As part of this environmental work, he has extensive familiarity with the various legal aspects of agribusiness, particularly permitting and legal requirements for confined feed operations. His experience in this area is recognized by Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance, and he is on the organization’s list of approved counsels.
At all stages of litigation, regardless of the complexity of the case, Glenn has the knowledge and dedication to successfully handle matters. While he regularly represents clients in trials, he is also skilled in negotiating cost-effective settlements.
Glenn represents the Hendricks County Tourism Commission in Indiana and serves as legal counsel for the Indiana Tourism Association. He also has advised several county tourism commissions on issues related to assessment, collection, and use of the Indiana Department of Revenue’s Innkeeper’s Tax.
